Resident parking
Residential zone parking is available on the north side in and around Mette Mengs gate, Bakbanken and Damhaugen, and on the south side in and around Adelgata, Skippergata, Loistomta by Kirkegata and Skomakerstredet. The agreement applies only in the zone and to the vehicle for which it is issued. In B02, B04 and B05 you may park with a valid residential-zone agreement or in marked paid spaces. There is no guest parking in residential zones. Digital applications are normally processed immediately; manual processing may take up to three weeks.

Free parking

Allowed: Halden Municipality has two designated motorhome areas in the centre. Both are open all year and have space for six motorhomes. There are no WC or shower facilities.
