Flesland parking: prices, long-term & Kiss & Fly
What does parking at Flesland cost? The cheapest official long-term area is P15: 150 kr for the first 24 hrs and 790 kr for up to eight days, with about a 15-minute walk to the terminal. The first and second floors of the P2 garage closest to the terminal cost 475 kr per day, while Kiss & Fly is free for 7 minutes. Bergen Airport Flesland is operated by APCOA for Avinor, with number-plate recognition and cashless payment. Pre-booked prices and terms are dynamic and separate from the fixed drop-in rates.
Parking overview
APCOA runs the official spaces for Avinor, with automatic number-plate recognition (ANPR) and cashless payment. P1 is short-term directly in front of the terminal, while P11 is short-term by the helicopter terminal. P2 is a multi-storey (height limit 2.1 m; 2 minutes from floors 1–2 and 5 minutes from floor 3), and the long-term areas P5/P6/P7, P8 and P12–P16 are 7–15 minutes away on foot. The light rail (line 1) also stops at the airport.

Private alternatives exist outside Avinor's areas, but availability, transport and prices vary by date. Always compare the total price and cancellation terms. Avinor's pre-booked parking has separate, dynamic prices and terms; use the area shown in your booking confirmation.
Pick-up and drop-off
Kiss & Fly is reached via the left lane on the bridge and is only for dropping off and picking up: entry and exit within 7 minutes is free, then 55 kr per started 20 minutes. If you need to wait, use short-term P1 directly in front of arrivals: 7 minutes free, then 45 kr per started 20 minutes (135 kr/hour), max 585 kr per 24 hrs. P11 by the helicopter terminal has the same rate after its free period. Follow the signs and do not use Kiss & Fly as a waiting area.
EV charging
Avinor's current area list states that EV charging is available in P13. Charging spaces cannot be pre-booked: pre-book ordinary parking if needed and use a vacant charging space on arrival. The car must be connected and actively charging while using the space. Check availability and payment method with the operator on arrival.
How to choose parking at Flesland
- P15 is the cheapest of Avinor's own lots: 150 kr for the first 24 hrs and 790 kr for up to eight days – but allow around 15 minutes' walk.
- For charging, Avinor's area list states P13. Charging cannot be pre-booked, so have a plan B.
- Book long-term ahead on avinor.no in good time to secure a space and usually a lower price than drive-up.
- Travelling by public transport: light rail line 1 stops at the airport – an alternative to parking at all.
Common pitfalls
The APCOA FLOW app can cost you a fine
Check the registration number and that payment is actually registered. Avinor states that APCOA administers parking at Flesland; contact the operator promptly if you have been charged incorrectly or parked in the wrong area.
Kiss & Fly is not a waiting area
Kiss & Fly is only for dropping off and picking up. If you arrive early to collect someone, use P1 or make another loop instead of using up the free period on the bridge.
2.1 m height limit in P2
The P2 multi-storey has a 2.1 m ceiling – with a roof box or a tall car you must choose an outdoor area.
Disabled spaces cannot be reserved
Marked disabled spaces (including 8 in P2 and 6 at short-term) cannot be pre-booked. Book an ordinary space and use a free marked space on arrival.
